My name is Izze, I am the visionary behind Root to Rise Permaculture.

I have been a student and practitioner of regenerative design for the past decade. I completed my undergraduate degree in Architectural Studies with a concentration in Regenerative Community Design at Hampshire College in 2019. While at Hampshire, exploring many areas of interest including: green building, permaculture design, herbalism, and community organizing.

I went on to complete my Masters in Architecture at the University of Colorado Denver in 2022, with a certificate in Design-Build from Colorado Building Workshop.

I have completed two Permaculture Design Certificate courses, at Oregon Eclipse Gathering in 2017, and Naropa University in 2018, and have since worked as a permaculture designer and estate manager in Boulder, Colorado and Montréal, France. I am deeply passionate about regenerative design and doing work that has a positive and lasting impact on our land and communities, and I am excited to use my experience to help you bring your vision to reality!
